What always calms me down when I look at the world and see how wrong and disharmonious everything is, is that harmony obviously exists. A priori, before all knowledge. The birds sing in harmony. You can calculate it. Harmony is universal. Music is universal. When I no longer believe that, I play a counterpoint. Theory of harmony, for example, by J.S. Bach, here from my region.
